Delete your Sprout account
Sign in with the account you use in Sprout, then delete it. Your account and everything stored with it in the cloud (goals, habits, tasks, history and preferences) are deleted for good. Data already on your phones stays there until you remove the app.

- Your account and your data in the cloud are deleted for good.
- Your phones stop syncing; what's on them stays.
Your account was deleted. Nothing of it is left in the cloud. Sprout keeps working on your phones without an account.
